Question: Help! what can i do to make me less irritable!?
when people talk to me, my brother and dad especially i get so annoyed and stressed!. does anyone have any experience of this or know any tips that could stop this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

do you, have any communication problems with your dad/ brother
if you have, then i would sit down and talk to them , and get it off your chest once and for all ,
bottling things up does not help at all, it wil only make you ,
feel worse,
you, will feel alot better once you have done it,
the sooner you do it the better, for all of you,
if you , do not talk to them, they will not understand how you
feel,
get that lead weight off of your shoulders ,
go on , your a strong girl ,
i did it , and i feel a whole lot better for it!.
and i bottled it up for 46years,
not worth it, get it out of your system , NOW!.

Yeah I'm the exact same, even with friends sometimes!. My dad just talks so slow I just wanna shake him and make him spit out his words! I try to take a deep breath and think of really how lucky I am to have them, they could be dead and just appreciate them the way they are!. Good luck!
