hi, i'm 17 years old, and i dunno why but recently whenever i see people from school in public i get so incredibly scared!. just now i saw a couple of people and i'm shivering, my first reaction is flight and run!.
i mean, i hang around with my friends outside in those places and i meet new people,
but when i'm alone and run into anyone, even my friends from the "outer circle", i get so anxious and stressed!.
why is this happening!? all of a sudden!.!.!.!.and please tell me how to deal with thisWww@Answer-Health@Com

Do you feel somehow inferior to those people from school!? do you feel a little paranoid when you see them, like they might judge you or something!?
I must admit I didn't deal with it, I just moved on!. (actually I moved to the city and thought nothing more of non-friends from school)!.
All I can tell you was that at my 20 year reunion I had the time of my life!. As adults we all got on really well regardless of whether we were friends or not at school!.
Trust me, when your an adult things like your status at school fade into insignificance when you are faced with the challenges of adulthood!.

LOL!.!.!.i also experience that sometimes!.!.!.it's like your afraid to bump in to someone you know in malls or public places right!?!!! maybe that really happens when we are still teenagers!.!.!.
