On your next inhale hold your breath count to 10 then exhale!. then breathe in again count to 10 and exhale!. continue until you feel in control of your breathing again!. Why are you so overwhelmed!? Once your breathing is in control run a tub or hot shower and soak letting your body relax while continuing to practice deep breath in pause and hold then exhale!. once you have found calmness again talk to a friend or family member about what is bothering you!. if you don't have either that you are comfortable with call a crisis hotline for a friendly ear to listen!.
