How can I change my bed fast?!

Question: How can I change my bed fast!?
I appreciate it that my mom got me a bed for a new apartment I moved into now that I'm in college!. I have a few mental problems and one of them is overly frustrations and panic attacks!.

She got me a small bed (I have two dogs and I sleep with them in my bed) the bed is smaller than a room in a restaurant bathroom, both my dogs don't fit there and I can't sleep without feeling them, my mom spread the bed making it into 2 sides but it has a big hole in the middle like if it was two different beds put together!. I fall in the hole sometimes, my dog gets his paws stuck and I barely get any sleep trying to make all of us fit, I can't sleep with that bed!. Most of the time I end up sleeping in the couch and one dog next to me and the other in my feet!. My OCD means me HAVING to sleep with them, one is a small rat terrier but the other is a big German Shepard, what is a fast way to get a new bed or clear that hole in a comfortable way!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here's a technique that I learnt to help me get through my panic attacks quickly!.!.!.

I simply repeat the words 'cream cake' over and over in my head as quickly as I can without stopping!. You could use any word or words you like really but that's what I chose (because I like cream cakes)!. It apparently works because it doesn't give your brain time to process the panicky thoughts and so helps you to relax again!. Seems strange I know !.!.!. but it works for me!

There's also a free ebook that I found really useful called 'Get Rid of Panic and Anxiety for Good'!. If you want to take a look you can find it at: http://curepanicattacks!.premiergold!.info!.!.!. Even though I got it for free it has helped me absolutely loads!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Change your sleeping position,as in sleeping with your head and feet to the width of the bed instead of the length, and i would roll up something,sheet,comforter,etc!.!.!.and stick it in the hole!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to craigslist for your city!. I'm sure you can find a bed that's in good condition and the right size there!. Or get the right size of plywood and place it under the mattress/cushion to connect the two sides!. Maybe you can use Velcro to make sure both side of the mattress don't move away from one another too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
