Question: What is a mental illness which makes one have little emotions!.!. (read for more)!?
Other things include anti-social behaviour , very aggressive behaviour and thoughts which sometimes turns to the complete opposite (will give away all of his money for free and suddenly act very kind and compassionate), suicidal thoughts, complains of waking up and hearing voices

what could be the cause!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I do think most of the things could be linked to bi-polar except the voices (auditory hallucinations) which definitely suggest schizophrenia!. As far as I know schizophrenia is the only mood disorder where you hear voices, I could be mistaken though!. I have a feeling that schizophrenia is more common in males too!.

The things like lack of affect (lack of emotions) could be a sign of depression, where-as anti-social and aggressive behaviour, big gestures such as giving away money for free, and suicidal thoughts could be manic phase!.

I would recommend the person to see a health professional for diagnosis!.!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

If the person only hears voices when he wakes up, then schizophrenia is probably out!. Aside from that, his mental illness could be one of any array of mood or personality disorders!. From what you described, it doesn't sound like he has little emotions, but that he has too much emotion, especially aggression and anger!. It could be depression, borderline, narcissistic personality, or schizotypal personality!. It's hard to tell without knowing more about him!. However, because he has suicidal thoughts, you should encourage him to seek some help, even if it is from a local doctor, a therapist, or even a clergy member!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some of these symptoms can be aligned to the Autistic spectrum, but the hearing of voices and the sudden mood changes are more in line with schizophrenia or bi-polar disorder!.
The cause is probable a chemical imbalance due to the endocrine system not working properly!. this person needs to be on some serious meds!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

how old is the person!?
do they have a history of taking any drugs !?

look into his spending hours time, like school or gym or his play ground there could be somthing bothering him in one of these atmospheres!.
but the age changes the situation but none of the above fit the symptoms except bipolar and if the person is in adulthood over 35 years old then would it fit!. check a councler or therapist , to elimentae the chance of a seriuos illness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That can be a number of things!.!.!.

The voices and the waking up makes me think schitzophrenia!.

The aggressive switching to generous makes me think Bipolar Disorder!.

And all of this sounds like a bit of depression mixed in there too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not really sure but I would suggest checkin online!. Put in a google search!. There are tons of webmd websites that have symptom input places and then they'll tell you a possible cause!.

Hope it goes well!Www@Answer-Health@Com
