Question: I HAVE A MEOWING PROBLEM!.!.!.!?
I dont know why but I always have the urge to meow, so I meow!.
I dont do it in public or anything, just at home!.
And Im not looking for attention when I do it, because I even do it when Im alone, and obv nobody can pay attention if Im by myself!.

Remain mindful and be aware at the times when you have the urge to meow!.!.!. what are you doing at that time!? Are you talking with someone!? Are you always performing the same actions!? Are you sitting in the same place!?
Once you become aware of the times when you are doing this, stop yourself and instead focus on replacing the habit with a more beneficial habit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

um haha thats the wierdest thing iv'e eva heard maby ur like some sort of super hero or pokemon that meows but um why the hell would u meow if u can controll it just dont meow and when you have the urge to try go for a run or have a glass of water try something that will help you keep ocupied or something! you may need to see some sort of doctor about it or a phycological perosn !.!.!.u could be going insane!!! lol i dont think that would be the reason sorry if i scared u by saying that lol but try take my advice if one thing doesnt work just try it again :) never stop trying :)!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
