Question: What foods are restricted when taking MAOIS!?
Can I eat Tuna, whey protein powders, and bananas!. They said you can't eat banana peels, but who eats banana peels!. I'm so confusedWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try googling MAOI + food restrictions!. The site I found said that banana peel is on the list because someone got sick when they ate a stew with whole sliced banana in it!. I'm guessing banana itself won't cause problems!. Check with your doctor to be sure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
