I've taken it before w/ Zoloft to help my sleep, but I wouldn't take more than two and I would try to not make it habit!.
Also, if you're having sleeping problems I would talk about it with your doctor!.!.!.!.there are some good sleeping medications that are often used with anti-depressants as part of the treatment process!. (ambien, lunesta, trazodone, etc)Www@Answer-Health@Com

One tylenol pm will not interfere with your zoloft medication!. I have taken up to 2 with my medicines and all I got was a good night sleep!. I would let your Dr!. know that you are taking over the counter sleep aid so they can have a record of it!. I would like to say that the prescription sleep aids are addictive, so please be careful!.
