Answers:
Yes you should do all of those things!. Don't think of having a breakdown/panic/attack!. It's not that bad compared to things other people have gotten!. You can't die from panicking so relax!. Before you are presenting ANYTHING, take deep breathes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Definitly tell your professors!. See if they can seat you close to the door, that way if you need to leave class you can easily slide out!.
Tell the counseling center and the medical clinic at your school as well!.
You can wear a braclet, if you choose!. I honestly see no advantage in it, unless you have a seizure or anxiety/panic attack that makes you non communicative, and the emergency personel need to know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could get a bracelet for for the seizures!. As for the panic attack I wouldn't get those listed on it or bother telling the professors!. You could always go to the counseling center when you feel an anxiety attack coming on, they can talk things out with you to try and prevent it from becoming overwhelming !. It's easier and faster to get to the counseling center than to drive to your therapist when you're having an attack!. I learned that the hard way!.
And don't be ashamed of having a disorder!. When I was 19 I was diagnosed with PTSD and depression!. And I also suffer from panic attacks as a result!. I sit in the back of the class near the door just incase something should stir up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
