Why cant i sleep at night?!
Question: Why cant i sleep at night!?
for the last week or so ive been up all night and then i sleep from about 8:00am to 2:00pm does anyone know how i can get out of this trend and sleep at night instead of through the day!? i want to stop doing this because school starts in 2 weeks and im gonna have to get some sleep at nightWww@Answer-Health@Com

right there with u buddy!. i gotta very busy job im going to get in a week or so!. all day long job too and i stay up all night, sleep at 6 or 7am, wake up a few hours later!. but im not tired really, or i stay up for 3 nights in a row or more!. take advil pm around 9 or tylenol pm

MAKE YOURSELF GO TO BED AT 10!. Regardless of how awake or tired you are, just go lie in bed!. Set your alarm for 7 and get up regardless of how tired or awake you are!. Do this every night and you will eventually have a good sleeping pattern!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try this just lay down and pretend that you are dreaming!. Another thing is to drink chamomile tea!. It will relax you and also make you feel happier too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
