I couldn't get rid of something & now I feel bad?!

Question: I couldn't get rid of something & now I feel bad!?
I wanted to burn something that was really awful but I couldn't so I just threw it away!.
I feel bad because I have a habit of looking at things like " its still there!."
I wanted to burn that thing so it would be completely gone but seeing as its still there, makes me feel uncomfortable, even though I threw it away!.

How can I stop looking at things this way!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
When have you ever encountered something that you threw away!? I mean if you threw something away have you ever seen it again!? Gone is gone!. Dumps burn and bury garbage!. They don't return it to sender!

I think you know this!. Still you feel like this thing is "out there somewhere" and it is making you paranoid!.

We all sometimes have illogical, unwanted and useless feelings!. Not all feelings are important!. Accept that this feeling you have is silly and stop focusing on it!. It won't last forever, I promise you!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dear friend,
Whatever gone is gone!. Just forget that!. think that its already burnt and also got buried in the earth and reminding again the same thing again and again will only result in pain and it goes in vain!. So just think that nothing is to be thought and you got ridoff those stupid things!.
Whenever you get a look over such kind of things try to change your look from that and try to look at other things like fan or light or a car or anything or just close your eyes and try to concentrate on a black spot that can be seen when you close your eyes!.!.

Try this and am sure you will succeed!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you have OCD!? If you do, it's not your fault for thoughts like this, it's caused by your brain misfiring and the thoughts just get stuck!. Maybe it's time you get help, your doctor can refer you to a therapist and you can go from there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
