How can i get on a better sleeping schedule???!


Question: How can i get on a better sleeping schedule!?!?!?
here's the deal!. for the past two-three weeks i had a horrible sleeping schedule!. i would fall asleep at 3pm and then wake up at 5pm!. then i would stay awake until 8-9pm!. then i would wake up at 1am and not be able to fall back asleep! i need to get rid of this schedule before next week when i go back to school!.!.!. i have a huge entrance exam for bio honors on the first day and i don't want to mess it up!

try having a bubble bath before you sleep, try listenning to music before you sleep, or take a spoonful of honey ( it works!.!.seriously)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I do 1 of 2 things when i get into a bad sleep schedule, either stay up a whole night and then take about an hour nap at 2 or 3, and then go to sleep at around 12 or so, or i wake up early the next morning only give myself about 5 hours of sleep so im tired through out the day but can fall asleep earlier that night, it also helps to get some excercise like jogging or something outside it helps you sleep that night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ah testing with no sleep! i hated that! i have insomnia because of my mental disorder, the only thing that helps me sleep is to eithe rtake my medications prescribed (seroquel) lol, but what helps just as good is tylenol pm or advil pm, something pm!. those will help you stay asleep!. to stay awake in the day, keep busy untill at least 8, then take the meds and go to sleep!. good luck with the exam sorry im not more helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

Make yourself go to bed at 10, even if you're not going to go to sleep, just go lie there and set your alarm for 7am and get up regardless of how tired you are and continue this schedule till you start school and you'll be good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

make daily plan according to your goals,it can't be done suddenly,start with physical activity!.!.!.it is going to take few weeks until you catch new rhythm
