How do you deal with high anxiety?!


Question: How do you deal with high anxiety!?
I already take Ativan 3x/day!. But still occasionally on the edge of a freak out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level!.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication!. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac!.

The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced!.!.!. you have that "learned behavior" in your mind!. I get anxiety too!. It sucks!. To lower my chances of getting an attack I work out four days a week, eat healthy, and take a bath in aromatherapy before bed!. I also try to think positive, breathe when I feel one coming on, and try to relax!. Sure it sounds easy and I know its not but remember (and keep remembering) it is all in your head!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wat i do is just try to get distracted,dont ponder on it for it will make it worse trust me because youre just filling your head up with weird ideas and feelings which arent really there or happening, if you cant get distracted, do some breathing exercises and relax!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

i don't have high anxiety, but running or doing another type of exercise really keeps me unstressed and in a good mood!. :) maybe it will work for you too! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
