ok, first off, dont believe this hoo haa about 'not addictive' trust me, ive been on them and they are!. the withdrawal will put you out of work for atleast two weeks and you will hate yourself and feel weird for a long time after you quit!.!.!.which trust me, you will!. honestly, im sure this isnt what you want to hear (i know, because ive been through it!.) but you need to make changes in your life to really feel any better!. these meds will make you much worse!. one med i do recommend is birth control!. i am taking lo estrin and i find it really stabilizes my moods!. second, you need to breath, seriously!. meditate, do breathing excersizes, tell yourself to relax!. realize that there is nothing to worry about and concentrate on being positive!. check out this site it really helped me

I took many different medications for anxiety and panic attacks, most didn't work!. I take valium as needed!. If you don't take it regularly, it's not addictive!. The medication I had the most success with is celexa for the generalized anxiety!. It was working for me until after I had my baby!. I took it for my first two trimesters!. I started it again after I had my baby, but it is not working for me anymore!. It worked for several years, maybe it will work for you!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level!.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication!. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac!.

The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced!.!.!. you have that "learned behavior" in your mind!. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this!. A technique that you canb use without CBT will be Distraction!.!.!. There are several other techniques to help cope them! Learn more at the source =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
