Crazy sensations when I try to sleep?!
Question: Crazy sensations when I try to sleep!?
Everyday when I try to go to sleep, I get this sensation in my stomach when I start to think about the raves Ive gone to!. I think about what happened there and the people i talked to and the things I did!. I start to have this weird feeling in my stomach and it keeps me up!. And just to add, I do too take illegal substances at those raves!. So whats going on!? How can I make this stop!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you've given your mind some reinforcement, sort of like Pavlov's dogs!. Do you get the same feeling when you take the drugs!? It could be that you've conditioned yourself to have this!. You are in a more suggestible state when you are ready to fall asleep!. Just throwin' it out there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i do the same things cept for the drugs ut when i do it im ussaully thinking did i do something wrong today did i screw up is someone mad at me and i cant sleep tell ive reveiwed my whole day!. instead of drugs i suck on carmel it calms me nerves Www@Answer-Health@Com
