i always listen to music!. it has a huge effect on you, if you really listen to the lyrics!. and i thikn of my goal!.

After 9 years of marriage I found it really hard to get motivated for ANYTHING!.
Now that the marriage is over I found even less motivation!. Get up, go to work, go home, go to bed, repeat!.
Then I met my girlfriend, who sends me a text message every morning before I wake up!.
I get out of bed without hitting snooze button now, rush to the phone, smile at the message and have a wonderful day :-DWww@Answer-Health@Com
