How do you tell someone you care about that you think they have a drinking probl!

Question: How do you tell someone you care about that you think they have a drinking problem!?
Someone that I care about a great deal seems to drink too much!. She doesn't drink every day, or even really that often-maybe 2-3 nights a week!. However, when she drinks, she keeps drinking to the point of being trashed and passing out!. She has no limits!. Sometimes, it turns her into a nightmare and she picks arguments with others, and sometimes she becomes very happy and expressive!. I don't think she realizes that she has this problem!. What do I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like she has a problem with self-control,

is there something stressful going on in her life to cause her drinking in large amounts!?

I suggest you instead of going out and getting drunk, you should just have a girly night and watch films and chat, she may open up to you about what is causing her to drink so much!.

A person has a drinking problem when they start to become dependant on alcohol to make them feel better!.

Good luck to you, just be a good friend!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
