Derealization, Anxiety and Panic attacks?!

Question: Derealization, Anxiety and Panic attacks!?
Anybody want to share some tips on how they manage these!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Derealization is a hard one because it kind of comes and goes as it pleases!. Try to give it no thought and soon your anxiety should start to subside and you should start to feel more like normal again and not so out of character!. Maybe tell yourself "It is just my anxiety and this will soon pass!.!."
Anxiety there are so many things you can do!. You could go the more natural way and exercise, take herbal medication that isnt addictive, eat better like eat your greens, do self help things like books and what not!. Otherwise you could go to the doctor and ask to get on medication if it is interfering with your school, work, etc!. They can give you a fast acting anti anxiety medication known as a benzodiazepine and also put you on an SSRI for long term help!.
Panic attacks I highly suggest deap breaths!. I know everyone tells you this and when I ask questions I get the same response but it really does help!. I'll share with you a technique one nurse once told me!. They said start out by breathing in deep and counting to 1, then count to 1 as you take a deep breath out!. Next count to 2 while deep breathing in, and count to 2 while deep breathing out!.!. Do this until you reach 10!. By then your attack will hopefully have passed because you had been more focused on your breathing than those horrid symptoms that come with attacks!. Good luck and I wish you the best!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Derealization:

I just try to distract myself!. If it starts getting really creepy, I might even go to sleep and hope I don't start out the next day the same way!. I just focus on my breathing and try to really tap into what's going on around me (e!.g!. the color of something, its smell, something's movement)!.

Anxiety:

I avoid things that make me feel too anxious (which I've heard is a bad plan)!. I go to the things I have to go to and do the things I have to do, but the extra stuff pretty much gets pushed off to the side!. I eat, calm myself with good music, and distract myself with the internet!. Again, avoidance like mine isn't advised for treating anxiety and is probably making mine worse!.

Panic attacks:

I have benzos just in case things get too out of hand!. I remind myself that I've survived them before and I'll make it through again!. I make a deal with myself that I won't freak out too much until there is real physical pain that warrants it!. I concentrate on something else, try to breath in a way that keeps me relaxed, and remind myself that I've felt the exact same fear before and it's passed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level!.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication!. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac!.

The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced!.!.!. you have that "learned behavior" in your mind!. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this!. A technique that you canb use without CBT will be Distraction!.!.!. There are several other techniques to help cope them! Learn more at the source =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
