You sound real young and that has a lot to do with it!. I didn't start feeling secure about myself until I was in my late 20's early 30's!. Also, 127 pounds is far from being fat unless you're 4 ft tall!?! Give yourself a little motivational talk in the morning as you get dressed!. When you look in the mirror focus on your good features and tell yourself, I have the prettiest eyes, etc!. It's not being conceited unless you go around bragging about yourself to other people!. I'm sure you've run across 1 or 2 people like that!. Remind yourself of all the weight you lost and how good you look now! Tell yourself your beautiful and know it!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some people are just more tuned into themselves, and tend to be insecure than others!. Usually it's genetic - you just happen to be born with more nerve fibers and connections in that one special place within the brain that is responsible for emotional subtleties!. It's all brain chemicals that are producing these experiences!. Just because some other people seem more sure of themselves doesn't mean they are somehow superior, and just because you feel so vulnerable at times doesn't mean you are a weak person!. Everyone is different, and actually, you being more sensitive to these things probably means you are more intelligent than the most!.

Everyone feels insecure from time to time, and usually the experience gets less intense with age!. If it really bothers you though, and if you are worried about freaking out somehow, consulting a professional may be a help!. There is no shame in this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You really should talk to someone about this because there is a flaw in the way you are thinking about yourself!. You are worried about what MIGHT happen instead of what is actually happening or has happened!. Working on your physical appearance is just that: the out part of you!. You have to figure out why you are so down on yourself, I would recommend through a psychologist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you just need to relax!. We all feel that way sometimes!. Anything bad can happen at anyday, anytime!. So it's really easy to let negative thoughts run through your head and make you feel insecure!. You should try not to over-think things, and just go with whatever you're doing!. We're humans and we all make mistakes, so don't be too hard on yourself!. Maybe go out or do things that you love to keep you busy from negative thoughts!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I felt this way and then I started seeing a therapist and he sent me to a psychologist so now I am on prozac which really helps my anxiety and stabilizes my moods, just what you need!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop being hard on yourself, believe in your ability to move forward in life and do your best in everything!. Never give up on your dreams!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is a thing that comes with age or it could be some thing like bipolar mania!. ask a counselor or even a therapist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you may need to see a dr!. have some bloodwork done!. medication
may help your problem!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think that sounds pretty normal for most people!. There are always issues that need to be considered to live a happy healthy productive life!. The main thing is not to become preoccupied with what MIGHT happen because the simple answer is we can't predict the future!.

I'm sure that if you tried a few different hobbies, something to help you set goals for yourself and achieve things (and enjoy them of course!) you would start to live more in the moment and feel more positive about the future, like there are things to look forward to!.

Don't worry too much about your weight, as long as you are fit and healthy it doesn't really matter what shape or size you are!. Although if it makes you feel more comfortable in yourself maybe you could combine my earlier advice about trying new hobbies to take up a sport, or go swimming, or to the gym, or try a martial art!. You would be meeting new people, having goals to set and achieve, and exercise is proven to be good for self-confidence, and general physical and mental well-being!. Wish you well for the futureWww@Answer-Health@Com
