Today is the is the end of our exams and of course people go out, eat somewhere, go clubbin and stuff and because i have no friends in school right now im here, in my bed! earlier i was just coming to my senses that there shouldn't be anythin to worry about (btw, these worries/thoughts caused me to stay away from people, that's why i've no friends) so there's no reason for me to be awkward in grps!. so earlier i was feeling fine and then i just checked my ym and almost no one is online! i believe because they are all out!! waaah! i can't take it!. now i feel down again!.!. i feel such fu**in looooser!! its friday! its a day of outing!!! and im here in my room! fuc*in bull****!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you really want to be out!? Or are you actually ok with staying home but feel you 'should' be out clubbing!? are you worried about your reputation!?
Just do what you want to do and dont let anything hold you back!. If there is something stopping you from going out, what is it!? Surely if you really wanted to you could reunite with old friends as you were friends once before they obviously like you!
Don't feel like you have to be the same as everyone else and go out on a particular night just because lots of other people do!. Who wants to live by the rules!? Be unexpected, do whatever the hell you want and don't care what anyone else thinks!. THey'll respect you for it, and probably wish they could do it tooWww@Answer-Health@Com

I love this 'ole saying, "Adversity has a way of introducing us to ourselves!" Either you can let the "challenging" times in your life get YOU down!. !. !.OR!. !. !.you can take "life" by the horns and wrestle the trying times to the ground!.

If YOU feel badly about yourself!. !. !.how can you expect OTHERS to feel GOOD about you!?! It's a fair question! So!. !. !.what are you going to do about working on the ANSWER !?! Huh! Keep sitting there feeling sorry for yourself!. !. !. or get up and say, "THIS (feeling like this) is BULLSH*T! I don't HAVE to feel like this ! I'm CHOOSING to feel like this ! And NOW is the time I'm going to STOP with this negativity ! WHY !?!!? Because I want FRIENDS ! Because I want A SOCIAL LIFE ! Because I'm DONE feeling like a loser ! Because it's time for me to GROW-UP !"
