it sounds to me that you are very angry at yourself when the person who warrants your anger is your bf!. Its safer to get angry at yourself and blame yourself than get angry at the real source - your bf!. Your bf is emotionally abusive and you don't ever deserve such treatment!. You have every right to be be furious at him for f*** with your mind! He is not good for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are hitting yourself because you feel that you are wrong, you feel that you deserve to feel the pain you give yourself and you may have hidden guilt of something you have forgotten!.

Hit yourself while you read this message!. Did it hurt!? Why did you do it!?Did the sensation of pain calm you down!? Why don't you touch a red hot iron or tip scolding water over yourself!?

You hit yourself because you want to tell the truth when you tell people you are in pain and if there is no physical evidence you will feel that you are lying to yourself!.

Pain is a distress, and distressing yourself cannot improve your health!. You need to find things that love you and things that discourage yourself against hurting yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As someone who used to have a similar problem, I would say that this sounds like the beginnings of self-injury!. In any case, you should talk to your doctor and ask him or her to recommend a good psychologist and/or psychiatrist!. You're not alone in this--in the long run, you need to find a healthy and more positive coping mechanism, and working with a therapist can help you reach that goal!. In the mean time, whenever you feel this way, just do your best to ride out the feelings one minute at a time while trying not to let yourself lose control!. Call a friend or find a way to make sure you're not alone when you feel this way!. Just being with another person, or even a pet if you have one, will make you less likely to engage in harming yourself!.

The most important thing, however, is to make sure you get some help from a professional therapist who has experience helping people with these types of tendencies!.

Good luck, and take care of yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should see a therapist that can get you into a congnitive therapy about getting to the root of this problem!. Sometimes an anti-anxiety medication can hekp calm you down!. I hope this helps you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

this may happen in following conditions-
1!. u want to get the attention and sympathy of your bf
2!. u feel guilty about ur behavior
3!. week impulse control in anger
4!. u want to hurt ur bf emotionally

If you hurt yourself severe enough, pl consult a mental health professional as it might be deliberate self-harm that warrants timely and professional help!.

you are punishing yourself, yes, but you are also exhibiting signs of self-harm which can lead to more serious issues!. Start making arrangements to talk to a professional before this goes too far!. Good luck to you!Www@Answer-Health@Com
