And the worst that is absolutly haunting me and is making me lead more to depression is that I can't eat!
I will say it I AM NOT AFRAID to gain weight!. I would rather be FAT FAT FAT then have to deal with this type of problem!.
When I prepare my familys meals it is fine!.!.!.as soon as I sit down to the table, I can't breath!! I try to focus myself and even give myself a clanazapam to help me relax but it doesn't work in the way I want it to!.
I put the food in my mouth chew chew chew and I am so friggin scared to swallow it is redicalious!! (*Sorry for the spelling errors*)
I get so hungry it adds to the frusteration!.
Might I add I was on Celexa, didn't work but I do not think I gave that much of a chance!. Then the dr put me on APO CERATRALINE 25mg for a week then 50MG for about 4-5 months!.
They worked with the eating problem but I had the ODD panic attack where I found it a little difficult to breath but I didn't take half the PRNS I nearly do now!.
The dr wanted to eliminate the attacks PERIOD and put me on 101
0MG!! WAY to much for my system!. I stopped all meds cold tukey as told by pharmasist and its been hell since!.
I don't know who I can relate or talk to but can someone please tell me I am not alone!.
I just came home from the pharmasist and she has my anxiety boosted even more because she is saying something about ordering an MRI!.!.!.but if I just had surgery and I had something wrong with me wouldn't they finf it throgh the scans there or the multipal blood work they have done!?

Firstly, you need to understand that if you don't stop thinking your anxiety, it will become worser and worser!. You are fueling your anxiety!. So when you 'think' of it initially, stop it immediately!. My site gave some info on how to do it!.

Here's something for you to learn:
Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level!.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication!. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac!. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc!.

The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced!.!.!. you have that "learned behavior" in your mind!. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this!. A technique that you canb use without CBT will be Distraction!.!.!. There are several other techniques to help cope them! Learn more at the source =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wow, I'm sorry you are going through such a hard time!. That must be very scary to deal with!.

You need to talk to a good mental health professional!. It sounds like you have a scattering of different symptoms, but there may be a common cause that someone can help you find by talking things out!.

If you don't want to talk to the doctor who has prescribed medications for you, try calling your County's social services or mental health office to get a referral to therapists who can help you get out from the dark cloud you're in!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you're not alone, i suffer the same thing, the pharmacist should have never told you to stop cold turkey unless you were have severe symptoms, you should see a psychiatrist about this, and they should see you once a month, i take lithium, depakote, and seroquel and they work great for i have tried other stuff but once you get on the right stuff it should help you alot, also you may want to consider go to therapy just to talk about cause that always helps if you want to aim me you can jenzawifeyWww@Answer-Health@Com
