Should i be concerned about my terrible memory??!

Question: Should i be concerned about my terrible memory!?!?
For the most part, i can remember everyone's name within my close net group at my college!. Everyone who is studying theater along side me (about 15-20) and then of course i come into contact with many other people at my school, but i cant for the life of me remember their names! is this common!?!?!? it seems unusual to me!. There are about 20-30 people i talk to or say hello to, but i have no clue what their names are, because i cant remember!.

i feel like i have Alzheimers, but im only 21 years old!!.
plus i've been going to this school for 3 years, and then over the break i forget like 60% of everyone's names!.

Why do i have such a poor memory!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey There,
One thing that you could do is seek professional help but I am pretty much the same way, only worse sometimes!. Like I will ride my horses in the morning and then really have to think about which ones I rode and when I rode them so I can ride the others in the evening!. I sometimes even have trouble remembering the day of the week!. I know it sounds crazy but I am not much older then you are!. I started to get stressed out about it and then I was told that stress can cause this!. Stress in a variety of forms!. From college, to money, to men, etc!. I have been under a lot of stress and it makes sense to me!. So I just trudge ahead!. I don't want to be on medication or anything like that, I just wanted to make sure I was not going loopy all of the way!. :-) Perhaps think about your life and if you are stressed out and concentrating on some stuff really hard!. Our brain has to make room for all of that somewhere!. Honestly I do not think there is anything really wrong with you but you may want to seek a professionals advice on that!. Best of luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Make an appointment with your MD, and have them refer you to a Neurologist for further testing!.

Are you having problems with any other kind of memory loss!?!? It could all be due to stress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
