Question: Does anyone else feel this way sometimes!?!?
so i have a son who is 4 1/2 months old and he is such a happy baby!. but sometimes i feel like he doesnt like me!.!.!. i just feel like sometimes when he gets a little fussy i play with him to cheer him up and he just stays fussy!. but when someone else does it he gets happy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I defy any new mum to say that has never happened to her!. Believe me, with your hormones running amok, the slightest thing will convince us that our baby doesn't like us!.
I remember b eing seven years old, my younger sister was a couple of months old, and she was screaming!. My mum asked me to sing to her, as that usually settled her, but this particular day she just would not stop crying!. Even at that young age, I believed that meant she didn't like me, and I stormed off!.
When your baby is not feeling right, he/she will look to mum for comfort, and that usually does the trick because mum knows what's wrong and puts it right!. However, there are occasions when mum doesn't know what is wrong, so is unable to settle him/her, but if someonem else comes into the situation, your baby thinks "uh-oh, what's happening now, maybe I'd better be quiet, or they might take me away" hence, no more tears!

Sometimes it may seem that way where your children seem to enjoy other peoples company more, but its just that they know how to wind you up!. Relax and enjoy the times that you do spend together because within a matter of years all that time spent will have evaporated and youll wonder where that little baby boy got to!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I think it's because other people are like "new stimuli" and new, interesting things often bring joy and happiness!.
Don't worry, you are his mother and no matter what- at the end of the day, he is your little man :)

He may be associating something about you with a troubling thing, such as the need to go to bathroom!. Sounds weird, right, but this is the mental health section!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
