Question: HELP I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO OR IS THIS ABUSE!?
im 12 and earlier i got ticked off with my disabled brother who is ten you have to read all of this even though it is long as im so confused and i said ben i wish you would die i diddent even mean it my mum then jumped up and started blowing punches at my face i scremed and she just shouted what would you do if he fkin did!? i ran up to my room and hours later a big black bruise appiered on my chin later my mum came to have a nap and my dad came home from work he did know what had happend as mum had called him my dad respects me so he came with a tray of soup for me and things lke that he looked at my chin and said who the hell did that!? when i told him my mum he looked a little sad and just sighed and said she diddent mean it (he was wrong as you will see later) so then later my mum came down and my dad said nothing about my bruise and i went to my mum and said mum look what you did to me she looked like she might laugh and said good im glad and next time it wont just be your chin so i just came on the web but it wasent just today if i even joke with my brother and call him smelly she jumps up and screams swear words at me dont say well you have to understand as i do its just like she is picking on me for not being disabled and she always bangs on about what she is going to leave for my brother in her will and on christmas days im egnored by basicly the whole family because my brother is the center of attention he can walk talk and function he has downs i dont want any of you to put things like well your mother will be defensive against your brother yeah i know she will but not to this extent i cant say a word against him or im in fear of being beaten up or sworn at and yet all this time my brothers giggling in a corner she even encorages him to tell me to piss off and things like that dont get me wrong somtimes she is nice to me and we have a laugh other times its all about my brother and in public (this is really embarrasing) if she sees another kid with ds she trys to show my brother to the parent of that kid without saying anything and half the time they dont look

You definitely have to talk to somone!. Probably the police!. that is abuse! so tell a counselor or the police!. Otherwise it could get a lot worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yea its abuse, ur mom is an ignorant a s s whole, talk to a councelor and dont let her abuse u show your dad this after its been answered!. and let him deal with her!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes this is abuse!. Talk to your school guidance counselor!. Someone needs to know outside of your family!. this will get worse since no one is dealing with it!. I will pray you get the right help!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
let me tell you this!.your mom had no right hitting you over that!.DS is difficult to deal with in a sibling!.and as siblings you will still argue!.(no matter what)your mom has to realize that!.and by babying your brother it wont make him strong enough to accept the criticism he is going to have from society!.try asking your mom for an apology(even though it will be hard)but do it after she sees you apologize to your brother!.i hope things get better but just e-mail me anytime you need to talk!.
