only time heals you, but she is now always watching over you and will get you through tough times!. she doesn't want you to be sad ok!. so cheer up and remember she loves you<3Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only thing thats happened to me was the death of my friends younger brother, (who used to tag along and hang out with us a lot)!. (Also grandparents, but that's different)

It becomes a little surreal at first!. There was this particular song that came on the radio around the time I heard about my friend's bro passing away, and I've kind of connected it to him!. Hearing it then made me feel sad, but know it reminds me of how awesome it was to have him tag around with us!.

Ignorance is probably the worst way to deal with it!.
Total isolation doesn't help either!.
Neither does dwelling on it!.

What I suggest would be to hang out with friends who knew Alyssa and reminisce about the good times you used to have!. Make this an informal thing, don't be like one day "Let's do this !.!.!.!"!. It'll will let you be able to remember these things, but you'll be in a social environment and will be able to help each other cope!.

Talk to your Mom, or someone else you respect!. They have more life experience than us, and that makes a lot of difference!.

Hope that somewhat helps, I know it can be tough Www@Answer-Health@Com

Realize that while you can't bring her back, you need to start doing things that you enjoy!. I would mentally say to myself, if Alyssa were here she would be enjoying this or conversely, Alyssa would hate this situation!. It is a way to keep her with you, while still moving forward!. Losing some body close is hard and so while it is very foolish to forget them, you can still include them in your thoughts and thus keep them alive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am so sorry for your loss!. (A) FINDING SUPPORT AFTER A LOSS (1) Let people who care about you take care of you, even if you take pride in being strong and self-sufficient!. Especially when you live away from family, true friends can offer shoulders for you to cry on until you begin to recover!.(2) If you follow a religious tradition, embrace the comfort its mourning rituals can provide!. Allow people within your religious community to give you emotional support!. If you
