It sounds to me like you're trying to complete things "all at once" and everything is very rushed!.

Sit back and relax!. Your exam is coming soon, but as long as it isn't tomorrow morning, you have time to study and revise!. Make yourself a timetable and stick to it!. Allow yourself breaks from studying and the key is to set aside half an hour where you can worry etc, say at 6!.30pm-7!.00pm you will "allow" yourself to worry about whatever is going on in your life!. After that time, you will tell yourself you cannot worry again until those exact times!. It honestly helps, and will help rest your mind so you can study a little easier!. Your mind will also be less cluttered so more of the right information from your text book materials will "go in"!.

Turn your negative thoughts into positive ones:

"I will get bad results" ---> "I will get good results because I'm going to study!."
"If I get bad results my life is over" ----> "If, in the unlikely event I do badly, there are loads of options open to me!. I can retake the exam, or do something else with my life!."

Turn your negative thinking into positive thinking!.

Good luck with your exam!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you want to pass or excel in your exams!? If your answer is yes, hold on to this thought and tell yourself you will make it!. In most circumstances, the moment we focus on our goals and put aside the rest, things will just work out!. The more we fear, the greater it become!. Why fear something which we do not want!? Chase it away by focusing on the outcome you want!. You will get what you want!. JUST DO IT!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depending on how you normally study:
Set aside 1-2 hours each day to study that subject!. Then, the night before the exam, revise those things you have been studying all this time for!.

You need to make a revision plan of what you are going to do and by when, and then stick to the plan!. Tell others of your plan and ask them to help by encouraging you to stick to it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Remember your goal in life, if you fail this exam you might not reach it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
