Answers:
Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level!.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication!. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac!. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc!.

The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced!.!.!. you have that "learned behavior" in your mind!. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this!. A technique that you canb use without CBT will be Distraction!.!.!. There are several other techniques to help cope them! Learn more at the source =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Seek therapy and maybe try a fast acting pill like Xanax for when you are having a panic attack, but there is something deep down that is making you feel this way that you need to deal with!. If you don't have insurance you can go to therapy at a hospital and they usually do sliding scale!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when you are on a plane!? or just when you are in a different place!?!.!.!.!. if is the plane then take a sleeping aid for the trip, if is being in a different place i have not heard of that before but you should talk to a psychologist!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could have agoraphobia- an anxiety disorder in which a person avoids certain social situations out of fear!. If it is affecting your life, I suggest seeing a psychologistWww@Answer-Health@Com

My beat answer would be to say talk with your doctor about this most likely he would prescribe something or recommend psychiatrist depending on the level of your disorder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
