Question: Can anybody help me sleep!?
hi I'm starting college again next week and all this summer my sleeping pattern is totally messed up!.!.!. i go to sleep at around 4 in the morning and wake up at about 2 in the afternoon!.!.!. i am totally knacked in the day but seep to wake up about 7pm!.!. i don't know how to sort this because if i have an early night i will be wide awake and wont be able to sleep!! any suggestions to get my sleep back to normal e!.g to be able to wake up at 7am and go to sleep around 11pm!?!? thank youWww@Answer-Health@Com

Just dont sleep one whole night and try to stay awake on coffee till 9pm (just don't drive)!. I guarantee you that you will sleep from 9pm to 7am soundly!Www@Answer-Health@Com
try to go to sleep at a decent hour!. When u r doing this don't eat lots of sugar or caffenine that day!. Turn off all the lights, computer, tv, etc!. and try warm milk!. it's gross but it works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Don't sleep and try and sleep at 11pm!. Totally "relax" and think of something like clouds or mountains maybe!. They get boring soon enough and can help you sleepWww@Answer-Health@Com
set your alarm for early morning, force urself to get up, by night you'll be exhausted and adjust to a better scheduleWww@Answer-Health@Com
at 11:00 close ur eyes and dont open them and set like an alarm or somthing to wake u up at 7:00 mayb ur cellphone on viberate in ur pocketWww@Answer-Health@Com
