There was once a time i thought i was crazy, thoughts were racing extreme anxiety all i could think about was panic because i thought i was going crazy stuck in some extreme cycle, just think about what you got, who your friends are back to the time you thought u were sane, get some rest eat healthy maybe go for a run and organize something fun that you can look forward to, get your mind off it mate, your mind is a powerful thing it can play tricks on you, just show it who is boss :) good luck Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had all of the above except for the black figures!. Did you mention the black figures to the Therapist!? My diagnoses was Panic Disorder with Depression!. I was under tremendous stress, having trouble in my marriage, moving, etc!.!.!.Therapist said I had anger issues with past and present people!. Most of the symptoms I can remember having since I was a teen but were getting worse as I got older and were harder to deal with!. Thought I was going crazy!. I did not get any real relief from all of this until just recently!. I would suggest you be evaluated by a psychiatrist!. (This is what finally helped me!.) that has associate therapist in their office, be put on the suggested meds and receive therapy from someone in that office!. If they do not seem to be helping you tell thepsychiatristt, change therapist, go to a different office, whatever !.!.!.just do not settle for anything less the proper help you are entitled to!. Not everyone respond the same to each therapist, med and so on !. Find what works for you and keep doing it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

could be bi-polar!. And having a baby can make it heaps worse - Post natal depression - if uncared for PND can turn to bi-polar!. And it sounds like you had a little bit of it before bub!.!.!.

I have NOOO expertise in the subject though!.

About the figures you have seen!. and white lights - have you any spiritual beliefs!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Find second opinion!. If you know for sure of what you are seeing - take a note of it and study!. Do some research!. These are the the first things I would do!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bi-Polar, or hormones!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

to answer your question, yes!. I suggest you go to a therapyWww@Answer-Health@Com

i feel like i am going to be mean saying this, but honestly i am merely speculating, plus i am only 16 and yeah wouldn't trust me!.
However i would not knock out the possibility of Schizophrenia!. You said that this has been happening for quite some time right!? well if its over 6 months and you have had ahhh !.!.!. hallucinations!? what do you think about the black figures!? and racing thoughts like a negative symptom or !.!. disorganised behaviour!.
heres the criterion used to diagnose it
? delusions
? hallucinations
? disorganized speech
? grossly disorganized or catatonic behaviour
? or negative symptoms
anyway you have two of those for six months to be diagnosed!.
Or because of your mood swings maybe Bipolar!?
that requires a Major Depressive Episode with a Hypomanic or Manic Episode!. Hypomanic is like a less severe mani episode!.
The Anger can also be seen as a negative symptom if it affects your social skills (i think)
Anyway look up the DSM-IV-TR on the internet or go to the library and check the symptoms if you truly believe you may have a mental disorder!.
Oh another possibility (which i doubt) is Schizoaffective disorder thats like a combo of Schizo and i think some sort of affective disorder but thats quite uncommon and i think unlikely because i think that is a quite a severe disorder!.
And if this is really affecting your life, go see a psychiatrist it will be the best way to find peace of mind!.
Sorry! But i do hope its not an actual disorder if it is though, they can be controlled with medication and things like bipolar aren't that uncommon or debilitating!. What ever it is its not affecting your actual mind, so thats good i don't think its psychotic!. sorry!Www@Answer-Health@Com
