Question: Help boost his confidence!?
My boyfriend and i have been together for four years now, But a problem he has always had is confidence, i tell him all the good things about him all the time and try have a "you can do it attitude" but it does not work!. He has few people who put him down at work and i think his father puts him down alot too!. When people say he is crap he believes them, he also believes people when they say he cant do something or his dumb!. He wont go for anything he wants because he thinks he will only fail!. He is not dumb and he is actually really talented in a few areas that i think should be developed!. He has just turned 22 and i think the longer this goes on the more opportunities he is going to miss out on!. How can i help him!. I just want him to be happy with himself and where his life is headed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

tell him to stand up to his father, tell him he is amazing, make him feel really special and that he means alot to you, because maybe he never felt that before!. compliment his work and what he does, do what the others are not doing!! by the way he is very lucky to have found such a caring partner!. wish u both the best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Since his father puts him down it's hard for him to feel good about himself!. Pray with and for him!. God can put his life together and I'm not talking about religion but just a relationship with Jesus Christ!. He does answer prayer!. He's fortunate to have a caring girl friend such as you!!!
