Answers:
Absolutely!.!.!. some people are "Emotional Leeches"!.!. they are the ones who are so negative and depressed and, the sad thing is!.!.!. THEY CAN'T SEE IT!.!.!. so they wonder why people don't like them or why people don't want to be around them!.!.!. you see them here on Answers all the time!.!.!. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS those people will drain you like a suction pump!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most people either take them in small doses or avoid them, yes! The reason why is that they can make you feel tired, sometimes irritable and at other times angry because they are so draining and they dont seem to be aware of it!.

Small children running around the place can drain you of energy, especially if you need to keep a constant watch on them all the time!. People who are constantly negative can drain you of enthusiasm!. Those who are always talking non-stop can make you feel tired and irritable!.

You could make the childs parents aware that you feel too tired to look after their child at the moment, let a negative person know that you would like to support them as long as they decide to take some positive action, and hold the floor instead of listening to the talker!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh yeah!!

I once had this fabulous job, I really enjoyed it and it was the first time I was in a real routine and getting on with my life!.

Then one day this new girl started and it went down hill from there!. Her desk was across from mines so there was no avoiding her!. She was a total drain, she'd shuffle in at 9am, moan about her boyfriend, sit and sigh constantly, moan the whole day!. I was really happy in my work but sitting across from her really brought me down!.

In the end, I quit that job, I could no longer be there with her!. I felt like she literally pulled the life out of me and everyone around her!.

Indentifying Unhealthy Relationships
The world is full of unhealthy relationships!. In these relationships, individuals cling to one another allowing cord attachments to occur between them!. Seldom is the sharing done equally!. Actually if the energy sharing was done equally it would be silly to have the cord in place at all!. It is possible to be in a relationship without cording one another, in fact it is preferable!. Couples that share one life source ordinarily create a relationship in which one individual becomes weaker, the other stronger!. The weakened person feels collapsed because of giving away his/her life source!. The stronger person feels great for a time, but his/her appetite may very well increase, craving more and more of the shared energy!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I feel mentally drained when I'm trying to help a person with a personal problem, while trying to respect their privacy, but that person keeps coming back time and time again with the same problem !.!.!.!. it's almost as though they're expecting you to solve their problem for them without them making any effort !.!.!.!.!. I try now to keep any communication with these people to a very minimum - polite - but don't involve me !.!.!.!.!. otherwise my life gets bogged down with theirs!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

YES!.

If it is an option, avoid them!. If it is not on option, like a family member, do the best you can with the relationship, and try to keep your exposure to a minimum!. You can actually get depressed from it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to not take in all what they say as its emotionally draining, hard to do and get into the habit of it, I usually put myself in a bubble to stop the negativity getting to me but often forget!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
