i am a 13 yrs old!.
lately i don't know what happened to me ,i mean i am very scred to do anything and i am also very scared to ask my mother something
i feel very unconfident about myself!.this is mostly about my looks!.
and i feel scared to do anything

sounds like anxiety!.!.!. but you are only thirteen so i dont think medication would be something you would want to get on unless it becomes worse!.!.!. you need to talk to someone about this and if it keeps getting worsem please go see a doc!.!.!. you are way to young for this!.!.!. hope everything works out for you and im sure they will!.!.!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
