I think Im addicted to rehab. Is anyone else?!

I think there are a lot more people experiencing this than you think!. Rehab is a support that is there 24/7 and when you are "told" you are now well enough to face the world alone, it can feel really scary!. It's like a separation anxiety, and although you want to be better, it can sometimes make you wish you were ill again so you can go back!. I think there should be support for the transition time!.

Another reason could be that if your illness gave you an identity, that people would be gracious to you because you were ill, that can make you want to stay ill as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
