Question: I can't sleep, PLEASE HELP! I'm very desprate (10 points!?)!?
I try everything but no matter what my mind keeps straying to oddly enough, The Jonas Brothers!. That is really the most shocking thing because, yes I'm a fan but I think of a lot of other things and I have no idea why I always think of them at night!. It is really preventing me from sleeping!. On some nights I go to bed at eleven and don't actually fall asleep until after 3 A!.M! How can this be fixed!? I'm tired and grouchy and it's really starting to make me mad!Www@Answer-Health@Com

What you could do is read a book until your eyes get tired!. Make sure it is a good book and get in your covers and turn the Air Conditioning and be really warm and cozy under the covers!. If that doesn't work, I talk with somebody in the house until I get tired!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you have nothing but the Jonas Brothers on your iPod!? Are there Jonas Brothers posters on your wall!? Look around you!. Chances are there are alot of Jonas Brothers items that you continually see several times a day!. This may be a good reason as to why you can't stop thinking of them: because your subconscious never gets a rest from them!. If you do have the above mentioned !.!.!. tone it down!. Take down a few posters!. Stop listening to the Jonas Brothers on your mp3 player, etc!.

IF, however, you don't have Jonas Brothers items around you all the time, then condition your mind to think about other things!. When you go to bed, listen to some music that is completely un-related to the boy band, pop music genre!. Try rock, or even classical!. Let your mind think about the days events!. Concentrate on what happened that day and how you can learn from your mistakes, making tomorrow better!. Concentrate!. Pretty soon, you'll go to sleep!.

Are you a musician!? Try humming scales in you head!. Move up the octave!. I usually fall asleep after about 3 octaves!. Crazy, I know!. Just a suggestion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try exercising for 2 hours in the early evening, before dinner!.

Watch a movie or read a book to get your mind in another direction!. When I am in bed, I try to come up with silly, unrealistic stories and often that starts a dream!.

Another method is a little morbid, but, pretend you are dead!. Lay still like you are a vampire and clear your mind!.

Listening to calming music (not the Jonas Brothers though) can help, or just talk radio!.

trust me, im with you!.
the jonas brothers are all i think about!.
but i figured out that if i excersize right before i go to sleep i get really tired and eventually so tired that i just lay in bed!.
then i fall asleep!.

try doing like 30 situps and a few pushups and maybe some leg lifts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
