Question: Is this a mental issue!?why !?
today i begged god to kill me ,yes
i m not a brat but life isnt takable anymore ,everyday is hard task as if i m carrying away a heavy rock on my shoulder and my faith is the only thing that stop me
but
what if i lost it ,am i going to hell even to make it worse
my lover is happy with his two kids and i m here struggling to build a life with husband i dont know much
dont say leave him ,it will be the same
at least he is rich and i can live without being forced to even work more !.i m so tired
and my family has nothing but blame*why dont you eat well,why dont you stop working out like that*its the only thing i feel i m a person*why dont you take care of your hair ,your hair is brittle you ruind your hair

add to this i m not sleeping now ,i turn and twist in my body i hardly sleep ,and its all so bad and like i m sleeping on a bed of sticks and needlesWww@Answer-Health@Com

There are a lot of +ss+oles around!. Do not listen to them!. What you are describing is a severe bout of depression!. It is very hard to say from what you have shared!. You do need to check in urgently with you GP or MD!.

They will not become the almighty judge and jury you sometimes find on these boards!. But will sit down and listen to all you are saying and expressing!.

Our behaviours are sometimes governed by our distress and not by selfish means!.

People who have not stood in your shoes, cannot judge as you correctly say!.

But unfortunately, there are a lot of people out there, who puts themselves above God and will judge!.

All I can say is seek out the professionals, be totally open with them, they will not be shocked, no matter what you say!. But they may just be able to come up with some way forward!.

I think by reading this that you are saying that you have a husband who is supporting you, that you go to the gym a lot and have a lover!. Youre not eating or sleeping well and are feeling suicidal!.
I cant think why you would be feeling suicidal because there is nothing really wrong with your life except you are cheating on your husband and not going to work!. Maybe you should change both of those things and will find life a bit more exciting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when everything in our lives aren't making us happy, its time to look within ourselves as a person!. You cant run away from something about yourself that is making you unhappy!.
You talk about all your surface life but maybe your unhappiness subconsciously is with who or how you are as a person!. Money cant buy that and no one else can give it to us!.

You have a "bit on the side" who prefers his wife and children (thus you are just sex for him, and he too is selfish)!. You clearly have too much free time!.

You sound as if you're suffering from depression and I would recommend that you go to see your GP and discuss treatment options!.
If you don't want to do this and you can afford private therapy, find a properly qualified cognitive therapist!.

sounds like you are depressed!.

the only way i know out of this situation with depression,

get back to basic:

is to eat well, three times a day

do exercise 20 Min's a day,

Try and find something relaxing/boring to ease you to sleep, its often having to many worries and woes on the mind affecting sleep, if you cannot still sleep consult a doctor for advice or a sleeping aid!.

Make a routine and stick to it, everyday, even if you have to plan the day ahead, with things written down what to do by the hour, its remarkable construction and healthy to have a routine!.

open up a little more to others, even if this means a spell of counselling to help your woes and worries

find a new hobby something that really floats you boat, that you enjoy and indulge in that for an hour a day!.

take a breath of fresh air, find a nice place where you can take a stroll and feel at ease!.

do something nice for someone else once a day, that one always bring me some inner happiness

and do these and persevere for a couple of months, you will see everything improve!.
