Yes, taper off even more gradually!. Antidepressants are not the best source of relief from anxiety!. Often, people have relapses if they have not gone through cognitive behavioral therapy in order to control their anxiety!. There are also better natural methods that actually build up your neurotransmitter levels!. Zoloft will work while you're on it, and once you're off, you are likely to relapse!. Contact a DO (they are MDs also) or natural doctor (be sure they are MDs as well) for more information!. Here is info about withdrawl from Zoloft:

It seems like 22 days should be enough that you should be feeling better by now!. I know how hard it is to be going through withdrawl from an antidepressant!. I had that with Paxil!. I had vomiting and diarrhea and extreme anxiety!. I would think that at least 30 days would be enough to start feeling better, but everyone is different!. I am so sorry you have this!. One thing you can do is call the drug company!. It is Pfizer!. I did that when I had a problem!. The problem is they want more info for their data base rather than helping, but it is worth a try!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

See: DEPRESSION PAGE Z!.22: TAPERING OFF DRUGS: DETAILED METHOD, in section 2, at http://www!.ezy-build!.net!.nz/~shaneris I'd return to full dosage, for 3 weeks, until stabilised, then resume tapering, very slowly!.

Ginseng may help, also chamomile tea; no milk, or cream! When your dogage is low; 5% - 10%, you may wish to consider St!. John's wort, to boost your neurotransmitters across the board, rather than just serotonin!. You were far too young for antidepressants in the first place, in my opinion, and most depressive episodes last an average of 6 months!.

Antidepressants should be continued, if started, for 12 - 18 mths, with a maximum of 2 yrs!. If it was the same doctor all the way through, I'd consider finding a new one; less prescription happy!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
