Please help i feel so lost?!


Question: Please help i feel so lost!?
I have been seeing mental health nurse for most of this year, first it was about anxiety then i got worse and was told i had depression!. The first lot of tablets i was on were not working and i got so crazy that i would go off and not tell anyone where i was which caused panic!. I finally got assessed and was being monitored to see if i had bipolar!. They put me on new tablets and i then got told at my last appointment that i didn't need any more help and that i needed to go to workshop for self esteem!. I still see my nurse and told her that i felt like things hadn't changed and i was very suicidal!. She agreed with me and was very worried about my thought so i am seeing her again this week!. This weekend has been very hard and i have been very suicidal even to the point of putting a rope around my neck but i broke down crying!. The low mood is starting to ease now but i am scared what i will do next time!. My mood will next either go high where i don't feel like anything is wrong or back down to low!. I still feel like ending it as i don't have anyone left to ask for help!. I have no friends and i do not like my parents!. I can't even go to this workshop as i have anxiety disorder which means i don't go out!. What can i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like borderline personality disorder!. This is an adult diagnosis, so if you are under 18 they will not diagnose you with it, even if it is the problem!. It is characterized by an instability of moods, personal relationships, self image, and behavior!. There is a high rate of suicide and suicide attempts!. It is best not to try and self diagnose!. If you are not happy with your doctors I would suggest seeing a new one!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are worried for your safety and that you might hurt yourself, you can check yourself into a mental health hospital and they can do a several day observation of you!. Who is prescribing the meds!? The Mental Health Nurse, or an actual Doctor!. Definitely go in and see a Psychiatrist not just the nurse!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would contact your local GP! Or i would contact mind the mental health charity they will help you a great deal!. From my own personal views they are a great charity and help alot of mental health people!. Theses people at MIND are very special people!. I hope you can find help from this Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are not alone, many people suffer, have suffered and are in the process of recovery from this type of condition!. You must tell your gp if you cant talk to your parents how you are feeling, especially when you get very low!. Also try the samaritans they will be of great help to you when you are down!. If you also meet other people in the same position as you, ask your nurse to recommend you to a group!. Life will get better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ive been thru lots of depression as well, any problem you can think of, ive been thru most of them!.!.
when i was going thru these things, i would go out alone as well, not that it was always a good thing
i guess if you ever go out alone, take a walk, like around the neighborhood, or around a park, just for alone time!.

when your around the house, you dont have to talk it out with your parents, just find things to do!.!.things that will take the depression off of your mind!. for instance, i found computers, i just learned about computers alone, by internet, and opening them up!. you can find that you something that find interest in , and just do it so you can get the depression and lonelyness off of your mind!.

OR!.!.you can excersise! i do that!.!.!.excersise helped me a lot as well

just know that what your going thru, is just a "phase!."
everyone goes thru depression and being suicial!.
most people have it in high skool and college!.

I am very sorry to hear that you are going through this!. I am not a doctor nor a nurse, so my help really would not work!. The only thing I can tell you is to find some sort of comfort in the Bible!. It is God's living Word!. Many feel it's contents are outdated, but trust me- it has so many comforting words of wisdom and guidance to help us live our lives in such stressful times!. Read God's Word Daily! There's a very simple way to be happy!. Stop asking this moment to be other than it is!. The goal is to embrace what is!.
