Prozac and celexa? anybody knows their equivalent doses? can you please help?!

i use to take prozac, i was taking about 20 mg!. my doctor mailed them to me!. but it wasn't working so well!. so, she just sent me today some celexa!. on the bottle of the celexa, it says 10 mg!. is this equivalent to the 20 mg dose of prozac!? it seems to me, she cut my dosage in half!. why!? I am not half depressed as before!. I tried calling her but it's the weekend and she's not answering her phone or returning my calls!. please any information is greatly appreciated!. thank youWww@Answer-Health@Com
