What kind of thing would you like to read about on a mental health blog!?
I have a mental health blog, and I've been writing in it for a couple of weeks!. Mostly I talk about my own experiences!.
Is there anything else that you would like to see in a mental health blog!? Any issues you'd like to read about, or information you'd like to read!?

maybe try writing one or two entries without mentioning the words me or my or i
it might help you to look outwards rather than focusing inwards on yourself so much
also maybe add some colour to the blog, the black and grey can be a little uninviting
im no colour therapist but maybe if you colour your blog with 'happy' colours it might have a positive effect on your moodWww@Answer-Health@Com

Some people do better with a Vit B-Complex suppliment, because this helps the mood-swings to balance out!. Vit B's are also found in various food!.
