Trouble getting up in the morning for school?!


Question: Trouble getting up in the morning for school!?
It started about a year and a half ago!.!.!.before that, I hated getting up but I did it anyway!. Now, when I wake up, there are just a million excuses running through my head as to why I should stay home from school!. I know I should go because it's high school, I definitely can't miss over 2 months like I did last year (although that wasn't completely because of not being able to get up)!. I never have time to do anything in the morning!.!.!.I just throw myself together and go!.
I think it might be linked to depression, but I'm not sure!. I mean I guess I'm just not a morning person!.!.!.but what can I do to get up earlier!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I feel really terrible when I wake up in the morning too!. The way that works for me is to get up the instant my alarm goes off and jump in the shower!. I mean I literally jump out of bed as fast as I can when my alarm goes of and am still half asleep in the shower!.

If I do it quick enough I'm out of bed before my mind has a chance to start making excuses!. Now that I've been doing it for a while it's become a habit and is easier!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off, get plenty of sleep!. The trick is to exhaust yourself before you go to bed!. Play sports, study hard, hang out with friends!.By the time you're ready to sleep, you'll be real tired!. This way, when morning comes, you'll be wanting to wake up and do stuff!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

As soon as you hear your alarm, get up!
I know it sounds simple and nothing special!. But honestly if you keep lying in bed and put of gettting up, it will get harder, just get up, and do some stretches or take a shower to wake yourself up!.

Try to get 7!.5 hrs of sleep-Have the windows open
And to fall asleep-you must learn somewhat of meditaition so you can fall asleep faster
also don't worry about what will come that day-its a new day and start it freshWww@Answer-Health@Com

Go to sleep earlier,wake up starting with a breakfast,taking a shower Www@Answer-Health@Com
