Question: Why is my mom bothering me so much she is just adding to my stress like i dont have enough already!?
it feels like everyone family, friends, society THE WORLD JUST WANNA SEE ME FAIL its ridicous i cant do this hell i cant take it Www@Answer-Health@Com

I felt like this before too , until I realized all they're doing is trying to look out for you !.!.!. I know it may not seem like it but in a strange way it's true !. Just take a break and escape from all stress , take a warm bath with bubbles , lock the door to the bathroom and read a good book or magazine or pamper yourself like ; paint your nails or give yourself a facial or something !. Don't worry about what everyone else is saying or doing , just think about your own opinion , thoughts and actions !. I also think you should tell them how you feel , but don't freak out at them !.!.!. as it could cause more stress !. Just stay calm and try not to let things bother you , no matter how hard it may be !.

Are you a teenager!? I'll say this again that was the worse time in my life-the most stressful and I felt like a failure 24/7!. I was a drug addict for years!. Finally got it together and went to school and Now I'm a counselor attempting to help other women!. No one ever wants to see their child fail-but it does sometimes seems like it!. Try jouranling what is going on in your life and what short term goals, intermediate gaols and long term goals you'd like to see yourself reach or atleast work towards!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just have to step back for a minute!.!. Write down a list of all the things i'm imagining you need to get done or work on!. Then separate if they are trying to help you or hurt you and go from there!. Sometimes when we get stressed and it keeps building up it's because we are avoiding "something" getting done or doing something and other bring it up!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
