Serious sleeping help needed?!

Question: Serious sleeping help needed!?
I get in to bed, pretty tired but no luck getting to sleep!. Then without a 1 minute gone by I'm asleep but my mind is awake!.(does that make sense!?>!.I mean my body is asleep but not my mind)
So I try to raise my fingers or even open my eyes but I can't!. Its like I'm dead but awake at the same time!. So this is me for 5 sometimes 10 minutes trying to force myself to open my eyes and ultimately get up!.
I hear someone in my room taking my alarm clock and I want to tell them to get F'ked and leave my clock but I can't wake up, they talk on top of me, but I want to tell them to wake me up!.
My breathing gets harder and more constricted, my heart begins to pound faster!. After a while of panicking I finally manage to wake up!. This has been happening for like a long long time to me!.
Should I see a doctor, could this be something serious!?!?!.!.Coz I surely don't want to be stuck in that kind of sleep with the house on fire!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It does sound like you need to see a psychiatrist & maybe he can prescribe something to help you sleep, so you aren't so alert to everything around you & help with your panic attacks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yea i couldnt fall asleep for a while too, just listen to your favorite music and eventually ull calm down but dont move too much otherwise ur more likely to stay awakeWww@Answer-Health@Com

its sleep paralysis!. it used to happened to me almost on a daily basis!. while i was paralyzed i heard people talking and moving around in my room when there was really no one there!. the reason that they were so sensational for me is because i was scared!. I eventually just stopped being scared it and they have almost stopped!. it still happens though!. sometimes these bouts of paralysis lead me to lucid dreams and near obes, it was kind of cool while it lasted!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to have severe ones like that, where it would last for minute, but now, I rarely have it!. Sounds like you have sleep paralysis!.!.!.!.

when you are sleeping or about to sleep there are two parts of your brain(can't remember the name, but one regulates your breathing and the other one, helps you not to move around) that are [trying] to get disconnected!. So when you are trying to sleep, my guess is you are also fighting that disconnection (trying to be in control) and that's why you feel like that!.

You can see the doctor, but I mean, it's normal, and might just be because you are deprived (sleep) and don't sleep at regular time :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

wait!.!.!.
is that "someone" actually a real person or just something u hear!?
if so then u should go see a psychiatrist!.!.!.
breathing getting harder and constricted sounds like agony!.!.!.that's bad!.
why don't you try doing some exercise, i mean, some cardie or things like that!.!.!.so u get tired and when u go to bed, obviously ull fall asleep and i guess ur mind too!.!.!.
oh!.!.!.!.after the workout take a warm bath!.!.!.!.!.it helps u relax!.
(sorry for the grammar i just speak in spanish and chinese)
