Question: Too much awareness is causing me to not ENJOY life:(!.!.!.!.!?
is this called anxiety!? when u over think things!?! u have negative judgment inside yourself that's blocking you to enjoy yer life!. then what would be the solution to this!? since i dont want to take that **** meds!.!. would it be possible that having an open mind would help!? i mean you should remember how you are used to before you became like that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it would naturally fade away (the overthinking) if your mind were busy & full of other things & constantly changing priorities & interruptions!.

Negative judgement too--if you're busy, you don't have time to dwell on fanatical negative things you're mind has conjured up, because there's just no time & if you get a piece of time, it's soon interrupted by the next thing you have to do!. Also helping others less fortunate can make you see the good things in your life, be it visiting the elderly or nursing homes or volunteering or somthing along those lines!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is amazing how much control you have over your own life just buy the thoughts you decide to entertain in your head!. This video changed my life!. Thoughts become things!. If you focus on problems, problems become bigger!. If you focus on solutions solutions get bigger!. Don't focus so much on what you do not want to happen!. Focus more on the things you do want to happen!.
I'm sure your Doctor who went to school a gazillion years to get his degree, would NOT have prescribed meds if he had not made an assessment, and decided you needed them!.

Life is to be enjoyed, not endured!. A mind is like a parachute!.!.!. it works best when opened, however, a mind just like a parachute won't function properly if it is defective!. Take the appropriate steps to get mentally healty meds,prayer, etc whatever it takes!.

jus relax, find like an hour of each day just to sit on your own and do something you really enjoy!.!. it is definetly anxiety and depression!. ive had this before and i found the best way to get over it is set a reasonable goal and acheive it over a week or so!.!. you'll realise that your thoughts aren't reality and stop worrying and you'll be able to enjoy yourself!.

my grammars rubbish i know, but the root of anxiety is repitition!.!. so the more you think about it the more your mind belives its reality, the bottom line is; keep ur mind occupied!.!. get doing something productive!

If you actually have anxiety medication works really well but if your not willing to take medication I don't know listen to some Bob Marely and smoke some weed haha!. I think your depressed not anxious but they kind of mix!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
