Question: Does anyone with borderline personality feel the need to be 'liked best'!?
with all my friends i feel this need to be liked the most, i will do everythig i can to make myself look good and hope that others will slip up and look bad!. It gets to the point where i enjoy other friends falling out cos then i know at that time i'm liked best!. Hope this makes sense!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes ,i have Bpd also,for me its also a feeling of wanting acceptence from friends that i am ok ,which i know for me stems from a lack of self esteem and confidence in my self ,its good to hear from other people with BPD that we have similar experiences! Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes, this is the same as me!. It's the attention-seeking behavior of people with BPD!. You have to feel the best, the most popular, the one everyone likes (or knows)!. You will do ANYTHING to attain this goal - even if it means destroying your life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
