I keep feeling like I'm not really here?!


Question: I keep feeling like I'm not really here!?
Yes another question about my mentalness!.!.!.!.

I feel like im not actually existing, just dreaming or something, i think its freaking people out cuz i'm kinda zoned out and i dunno, detached or something, i just feel!.!.!.nothing!.

Can i stop this by getting more sleep!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

More sleep is not the answer!. I am in your shoes!. Your dissociating!. There are many forms of dissociation!. Do you have a doctor!? If yes, speak to him or her!. Getting helps for this as soon as possible, keeps it from becoming a coping skill!. I have been diagnosed with a dissociative disorder and trust me it is scary!. Try to get help for it so you can understand what is going on, and can cope with it!.

From my own experiences, more sleep is not the answer though it feels like it should be - you need to get more activity into your life, exercise, find a hobby, study something of interest, whatever, and get your life into more of a routine - believe me, being active makes all the difference, and as a bonus, when you do sleep, you actually sleep better!Www@Answer-Health@Com

know what!? i was like that!. i hated myself and the world so i just zoned out from it all!. it's not a great feeling so i sympathise with you!. all i did to get rid of the feeling was start living life more!. i also fell in love!. it's unrequited but hey, i am at least feeling these emotions instead of being an empty shell!. more sleep could help, but just try getting yourself out there more and having a ree' good knees up!Www@Answer-Health@Com

sleeping more wont help!.!.!. i think that u need some spiritual help!.!.!.!.!.( it worked for me when i had similar feelings )

just go out to places and be in a natural environment for some time!.!.!.!.!. and watch scenes!.!.!.!.!. then meditate a bit!.!.!. read some philosophy ( if u can )!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

then listen some slow music ( for just15 minutes )!.!.!.!. then talk to ur parents!.!.!.!.!.
after doing all this!.!.go for swimming( if possible ) or have a bath!.!.!.!. then read some scriptures ( holy books )


from all the things that i have said, do all those that u can!.!.!.!.!.!. u will surely feel better!.!.!.!.!.!.dont ignore this answer!.!.!.!.!.u might be wondering if all this works !.!.!.!.unless and until u dont do what i have said u will not feel the difference!.!.!.

well maybe it's because you are feeling woosy that's why, if having more sleep doesn't work, energize your body by exercising, or hangout with friends etc!.

I get this sometimes, but when i go exercise or exert force i no longer feel this way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
