ok ive been having bad depression 4 a week now and idk what to do ive tryed listening to musice watching my favorite shows on tv and been on the computer and outside and playing with all my animals and IM STILL DEPRESS AS HECK plz helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

It may not have anything to do with the enviroment, there could be a chemical imbalance in your brain!. If you still feel bad in a couple of weeks I suggest you go to the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Is there a reason you are depressed, b/c then this is normal!. Like did someone close to you die or did you have a breakup!? If there is no reason you can think of see your DR and try an anti-depressent!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Could be just a bad week!. It isn't considered depression until it carries on for more than a minimum of two weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
