Sort of!. I had no desire to do anything but sleep!. I was always sad, and there seemed to be a gloomy cloud blocking my view of how good life is!.

I know depression really changed me, my mom noticed it to when I came to live at home for a while!. If you feel depressed, go see your Doctor, Preacher, or a friend that you know you can trust!. I've found great comfort and strength by allowing others into my world to help me if they choose to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dude, don't try to self-diagnose!. seriously!. it's okay to be aware of yourself and any changes you think you've undergone, but to be honest, those 'symptoms' you listed are things plenty of 'healthy' people have gone through to a degree!. it's also things clinically depressed/anxious people have gone through!. maybe you're growing up!? maybe you have a mental disorder!? it's very difficult to classify yourself correctly!.

if you're seriously worried you might have a problem, you shouldn't be on yahoo! answers asking 13 year olds about it!. talk to your doctor, talk to a trusted adult or whatever, talk to whomever!. you can get referred to a therapist or someone you can talk to, and if they think the problem is serious enough, you *might* get medicated!. medication should be a last resort for people who are having too many problems to continue their lives undisturbed, imo!.!.!.!. a lot of stuff can be resolved by simple lifestyle changes, or even exercising regularly!.


last but not least, i had panic and anxiety disorders, that eventually linked me to depression!. you lack 'anxiety attacks' in the symptoms list!. ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

it sounds more like an adjustment problem you may be having- this can lead to depression but if there are major changes going on you may not be changing with them as well as you would like to be!. sounds more like stressed out than depression!. But you may well be on your way - i would suggest talking to a therapist and then finding alternative ways to handle your problem like meditation or talking about what is getting to you and finding a solution to why you are feeling as you do- good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Are you trying to make a joke out of Depression!? This is a serious mental condition that many people silently struggle with on a daily bases!. If you are serious about this topic or illness look it up on line or talk to your doctor!. Don't make light of this condition!. I struggle with mild Depression and it's not funny! most of it!. its more complex than that though!. im depressed but you cant tell when im around lots of people!. im still funny and outgoing, its when i get alone with my thoughts that i get unhappy!. i do often have second thoughts about going out places though!. i just wont feel up to it or ill worry that something will go wrong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
