Im 32 and a nervous wreck?!


Question: Im 32 and a nervous wreck!?
I have to have bloodwork and gallbladder ultrasound done tommorrow and I am scared so much that somethings going to be wrong!. I am so tired of having these panic attacks!.!.!.!. Whats the likely hood something lifethreating will be wrong with me!.!.!. Ive had two EKGS done and they were both normal, dr says all my vitals sound good, lungs good, heart good!. I am so nervous!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like your having panic or anxiety disorder!. I went through
that!. I thought it was something physical!. I went to so many doctors,
it was exhausting!. I finally decided to go to a mental health expert!.
I was prescribed antidepressant and antianxiety meds for it!. At first
I didn't take the meds because I didn't think they would help, but then
in a moment of panic, I decided to start on my regimen of the two
meds as prescribed!. Within a few days (about 3 or 4) I started feeling
better!. I wasn't worrying as much, I was going outside again and
started working in my garden!. Then I started brisk walking with my
husband!. It's like I had walked out of a cocoon and started living again!
I've never been crazy about taking any kind of medicine, but I had to
finally realize I had post-traumatic stress disorder!. Thanks to the
help of this psychiatrist and my willingness to give the meds a try,
I'm living life the way I used to before all this started!. You might want
to try going to a psychiatrist and maybe try some meditation classes
and/or go to a psychologist!. The reason I've been able to get this
help is because the state I live in has good health insurance!. I really
hope you can get this kind of help!. That's what it sounds like you
have!. I thought I had tumors, heart problems!.!. you name it!. But it was
just panic disorder!.

Did you have someone close to you die, it sounds like you are overly paranoid!. Even if there is something wrong with you (which there is probably not) you can take care of it, so that's good! You will be ok, try not to worry, but I know it's hard!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have panic attacks too!. just try to relax and deep breathe with you have them!. Try to mediate, and journal or blog!. Like to nature music or something that you like that is calming!. you are probably are in good health, just having these attacks don't help!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
