Low self-esteem problem?!


Question: Low self-esteem problem!?
During 7-8th grade everyone always picked on me because I was shy and wouldn't stand up for myself, was always tall and skinny, so being overweight was never a problem, but now, because of that, I stay home schooled, now in 10th, and never want to leave the house and have very low self esteem, I've tried starving myself to death, and now I cut and hit myself, anyone know any ways to deal with low self-esteem!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

kid!. i think you should get involved in some kind of athletic activity!. this will allow you to express the way you feel inside positively!. if this does not work i suggest you see a professional!. There are boxing clubs that will allow you to train with other people just like you!. give it a shot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to find a psychiatrist that can help balance the chemicals in your brain and a psychologist that can help you find out why you are cutting and hitting yoursself and also help you raise your self esteem!. Talk to your mom or dad and let them know you are depressed and need to see a dr!. Please don't let this go to long!. It will only get worse and you can't deal with this on your own!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

love yourself for who you are!. Besides, when you are here being sad about yourself, they are having fun and don't even think about you!. Kids always tease each other so it's very common!. They pick on people so they can feel better about them self, that's insecurity!. Don't worry because when you are older, people will treat you differently because they are more mature!. yea i know how u feel:( sometimes i feel so bad about myself i stay away from other ppl!!! fear of my bad mood and being around others!.!.!. hmm try getting new clothes or trying a new makeup product usually helps me!! or just listen to your favourite music would prob chair you up first!.!.good luck:) oh yah and food is too damn good lol so do not starve urself because when u eat again you will put on all the weight u lost plus more!! ive done that too many times!Www@Answer-Health@Com

personally, i take "me time" go hiking alone or go for a walk in a a beautiful place when you get your down feelings!. helps me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
